It amazes me that every time I read one of Tuchman’s books I realize how utterly ignorant I am oh history. Media reporter, reviewer, producer, guest booker, blogger. Tuchman’s accessible style and choice of topics representative of the period inspired the reading of her book about the onset of the war itself, The Guns of August, immediately thereafter.
