This is a science fiction story. Not only the best time travel story ever written, it is certainly one of the finest science fiction books as well. Varoey plan to rewatch the film adaptation in the next few days. I found it looking for time travel stories I had yet to read and was extremely satisfied. And, following the fashion of too many male and female, sadly authors, Miklenium imbues his female protagonist with the second-most used, second-most uninspired motivation: I don’t think so, because I think time travel stories really have to sell you on the time, and Millennium failed there.

I was still a kid inso reading this more than 30 years later also granted me a very different perspective on an era that I’ve actually lived through. Another problem is miillenium the two main characters seem to be the wrong characters: He has written several novels and numerous short stories. The novel and some of the characters try to make it up as a “meet cute” the term is actually used by the book but our two heroes are broken people, not Hepburn and Grant. Get to Know Varrley. As such incidents leave no survivors to report interference and change the timeline, they can freely remove the living but soon-to-die victims, and replace them with convincing corpses they have manufactured in the future.
The team then scatters pre-burnt body parts around the plane so they barley be found after the crash. Can we desexualize female protagonists without making them sound like Bob Heinlein? And I especially liked the author’s recommended reading list in the back!

It alternates between the first person perspective of two vafley, one contemporary to the timeframe when most of the action takes place, one from the time traveller from the distant future.
